Kim and Liz met a few years ago and quickly discovered a shared calling to minister to those who are "stuck" in unhealthy patterns of thinking that cause ongoing personal and relational issues.

In May 2021, they launched Hearts Prepared Ministry with a website, Facebook page and dedicated phone number with the hope of one day having a physical space to meet with people.  Later, in August 2021 after attending a prayer meeting, they sensed the need to pray into where God would be leading them next.  Kim shared a vision and Liz shared a dream that confirmed the Lord was saying now is the time.  Four days later, Kim was introduced to someone who had a space available for rent.  After seeing it the next day, they both felt God saying "yes".  Without any money in hand they agreed to rent the space knowing God would provide - and that He did!  They moved in that November and officially started ministering in February of 2022.  Since then, Sue, Melissa and Tiffany have joined their team to help them serve throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Christ said that He came to give us abundant life and that as we abide in Him we will bear much fruit. (John 10:10, John 15:4-6)  Abiding in Christ means to continue in Him or more specifically to have a “lifestyle” of connection to Him.  A lifestyle where we yield our hearts and minds to the leading of the Holy Spirit each day. The choices we make each day and our life experiences directly affect our relationship with the Lord which can strengthen or weaken this connection.  As we learn to practice discernment and sow to the Spirit, we can make choices that foster strong intimacy with the Lord.  (Hebrews 5:14, Galatians 6:8)

Hearts Prepared comes alongside others to help them recognize personal and spiritual blindspots that have become obstacles to their freedom and connection with God. We teach them how to apply biblical truth with the leading of the Holy Spirit to bring wholeness to the mind, body and soul.  As believers continue to put into practice spiritually healthy habits, they will stay connected to Jesus and will bear much good fruit.  This brings glory to God!  (John 15:8)

Our desire is to engage the whole person with the whole gospel.
